EPDM (Ethylene-propylene-diene monomer) particles are made of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber after crushing and screening. They have strong chemical stability and excellent weather resistance, and are widely used in sports venues, children's facilities and other fields.
-High elasticity and cushioning: the porous structure inside the particles can absorb the impact of movement (shock absorption rate is more than 50%), reduce the injury of falling, suitable for running track, basketball court and other sports scenes.
-Weather resistance and aging: can withstand-40℃ to +120℃ temperature difference, anti-ultraviolet, ozone and rain erosion, outdoor service life up to 8-10 years.
-Environmental safety: non-toxic and odorless, SGS test (heavy metal content less than or equal to 0.1mg/kg), formaldehyde release is close to 0, in line with the new national standard GB 36246-2018.
-Color lasting: organic pigment dyeing, color fastness is more than 8 grades, long-term exposure does not fade, common colors are red, green, blue, black and so on.
-Convenient construction: mixed with glue (such as PU glue), it can be spread into a flat elastic layer, the bonding strength is greater than or equal to 0.5MPa, and it is not easy to fall off.
