Among these, PE material has a soft texture, with an appearance and feel close to natural grass; PP material exhibits good heat resistance but is relatively stiff, and its abrasion resistance requires improvement. PA material offers high abrasion resistance and elasticity, but its heat resistance is suboptimal. Grass-like fibers are implanted into a woven backing fabric, with a stabilizing coating applied to the reverse side. Some products also incorporate rubber granules or quartz sand as supporting materials at the base to provide a stable foundation, ensuring the turf remains flat and resilient.

The mainstream material, featuring soft texture, natural color, and high simulation degree, making it suitable for scenarios with high tactile requirements such as home and landscape decoration.
Polypropylene (PP)
High hardness, good heat resistance, but slightly poor wear resistance, commonly used in cost-sensitive foundational installations (such as municipal fencing, temporary greening).
Nylon (PA)
Offers the best wear resistance and elasticity with strong recovery from compression, but comes at a higher cost. It is primarily used in high-frequency sports venues (such as golf driving ranges).
Base fabric layer
Double-layer structure, with the bottom layer being a grid base fabric (enhancing tensile strength) and the upper layer being a composite base fabric (fixing grass fibers). Some high-end products may include a non-woven fabric layer to improve tear resistance.
Back adhesive coating
Commonly uses styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) or PU adhesive, with PU adhesive offering better weather resistance, less prone to cracking, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use; The back adhesive process must evenly cover the base fabric pores to ensure the grass fibers do not fall out.
