The balcony customization adopts a hybrid multi-color preparation process with twisted straight yarns, utilizing the internationally most professional KDK weaving method, which endows the warp yarns with superior wear resistance, resilience, and anti-slip properties compared to grass yarns prepared by the air-texturing method. The grass yarns exhibit vibrant red, yellow, blue, and purple hues, with a soft and smooth lawn texture that provides a comfortable foot feel, making it suitable for children. The use of imported anti-aging and UV-resistant materials ensures that the grass yarns achieve internationally leading performance in terms of aging resistance, UV resistance, and wear resistance.

Material and performance optimization
Environmental safety
Using food grade PE/PP material, no formaldehyde, heavy metals and other harmful substances, some products have passed flame retardant, anti-uv certification, suitable for children's contact scenes.
Function enhancement
Antibacterial, antistatic, high elastic cushion layer and other functions can be added as targeted. For example, the lawn in the hospital rehabilitation area needs to be antibacterial and anti-stain, and the roof lawn needs to be resistant to aging and weathering.
Durability upgrade
The back adhesive process (such as styrene-butadiene latex secondary back adhesive) enhances the adhesion of grass fibers, and the bottom cloth is made of PP+ mesh cloth to improve the tensile strength, and the service life can reach 8-15 years.
